Questions

Soccer drill questions

Are these soccer drills free?

Yes. Every drill is free to watch and use, with no sign-up and no ads. ClearSoccer is free forever for coaches, players and families.

What ages are the drills for?

All ages and levels. Each drill says the ages it fits best (together they run from 4 to 18 years old, U5 to U19), and its easier and harder versions let you match your group.

How do I read the moving picture?

Blue players are the ones doing the drill, red ones are defenders or the other team, orange triangles are cones, white frames with a net are small pop-up goals and the white dot is the ball. It plays step by step with a line under it that says what happens. Pause it or go a step back or on.

Can I change a drill?

Yes. On its page, tap “Draw it on the free tactics board”: move the players and cones, add steps or notes, and keep it on your phone or save it with your email.

Can I plan a whole practice with these drills?

Yes, with a free account. Put drills in order with their minutes and water breaks, then run practice from your phone: the clock moves on to the next drill by itself and you can rate how each player did.
